After the consultation, we'll share the travel planning fee based on your specific plans.

Once your trip is in motion, Wild Poppy Travels will handle all the details while you dream about your adventure. This includes researching flights, transfers, accommodations, excursions, dining reservations, and securing travel insurance.
You'll receive reminders about necessary documents, payment timelines, and travel requirements. To keep things simple, you'll also get access to an app with your custom-curated itinerary, which includes all confirmations, real-time flight updates, activities, and recommendations.
We’ll schedule a call to review your finalized travel plans, and if you need help with anything extra—like dinner reservations for a special night—we’ve got you covered!

​If you're a good fit for Wild Poppy Travels' design services, a contract will be sent, and the service fees will be finalized. Then, the fun begins—research and design! Based on the initial consultation, we will create custom itinerary options for your perfect escape. We'll meet again to review and refine the itinerary until it’s just right.
